How can we loose weight when we run? What is the maximum time we should run so we can get skinny and tall? - healthy or skinny

Can someone tell me what to do if we want to grow, but not so high? What is the leanest people are obese? What should we do? What shall we eat? When and how often a day? If we eat only vegetables or meat? How to stay healthy, slim and high, high rreally reall?

I am both. You will not receive high food, genetics. You can continue to grow when energy drinks too much.
Folder that has life changing events Skinny: Do not eat bad food to go, at best, and not on a regular activity scedual [video blog] makes eating not much and certainly not enough. Enuff if the text can eat gos into starvation mode and starts storing just fat.you not from time to time, but the whole time.

Running does not help. I entered a training program for the marathon, lose weight, I lived through everything, ran the marathon together, and finally I gained 10 pounds. Yes, I know, he was muscular, but I wanted to lose some fat. It does not work. Eh. If you want to walk, not run fast. Just run. That is the way to lose weight. Keep your heart rate high enough to feel you, but not greater than you gasping for air.
